Writes a full attribute.
xmlwriter僅用于過(guò)程調用。被修改的 XMLWriter 實(shí)例對象。此資源來(lái)自于對 xmlwriter_open_uri() 或 xmlwriter_open_memory() 的調用。
nameThe name of the attribute.
valueThe value of the attribute.
成功時(shí)返回 true， 或者在失敗時(shí)返回 false。
